Most of the time, the inspector will also help the owner on knowing where to purchase the needed parts so that they will have no hard time in looking for it. This will be beneficial on the part of the owner because they are assured that the quality of material that they can purchase is a good one. If in case the owner did not comply with the needed things to be done on their door, the inspector will be obliged to impose a penalty and there will be a delay on the issuance of the certificate. The certificate is an important thing because it is one way that the people can be assured that the fire door that are installed are functioning well just in case there will be a fire break out.
The fire door maintenance and inspection is another form of investment but a worthy one. We are not being forced to comply but come to think of it, if we do not do it, there will be lots of casualties and it will not give us peace of mind.
